By purchasing or using INTIMACY100, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Purnam Health Center and is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older.

Service provided

INTIMACY100 provides one-time access to a private digital self-assessment and an automatically generated educational report, including an Intimacy Score and wellbeing insights. It is not a subscription.

Price and payment

The fee is ₹100 inclusive of applicable charges unless the checkout states otherwise. Payment must be completed through the available Razorpay checkout before access is granted. A successful payment does not create a doctor–patient relationship or include a clinical consultation.

Appropriate use

You agree to provide responses voluntarily and use the service only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, copy its proprietary assessment system, bypass payment, or misuse its content.

Educational limitation

The score and report are educational indicators based on self-reported answers. They are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, guarantee of health, or substitute for professional care. Seek suitable medical or mental-health help for persistent symptoms, distress or safety concerns. Use local emergency services for emergencies.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, payment-provider issues or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Intellectual property

INTIMACY100, SEXOSCOPE 2.0, the assessment questions, scoring presentation, reports, design and associated content are protected intellectual property of their respective owner. Integrated Sexology® is used as a registered brand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
