Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use INTIMACY100, a digital sexual-wellbeing self-assessment operated by Purnam Health Center.
Information used during the assessment
Your age group, gender selection, relationship context and assessment answers are used to personalise questions and calculate your report. No account or registration is required. After report generation, an encrypted copy may remain temporarily in the same browser for up to 24 hours so you can return and download it. It is not used to create a patient record.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. INTIMACY100 does not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN, banking password or other payment credentials. The payment processor may collect transaction information as required to process, prevent fraud, settle and document the payment under its own privacy practices.
Technical and operational information
Our hosting and payment providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the service. We use only the minimum information reasonably required for operation, security, payment reconciliation and legal compliance.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell assessment answers. The temporary report-recovery copy is encrypted and stored locally in your browser, is not sent to Razorpay, and is automatically treated as expired after 24 hours. You may permanently clear it sooner from the report or home page. Payment and accounting records may be retained separately for the period required by applicable financial, tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may stop the assessment or skip questions where that option is provided. You may permanently clear a recoverable report at any time. Temporary recovery works only in the same browser and may be unavailable if browser data is cleared, private-browsing storage is removed or the 24-hour period has expired.
Long-term encrypted report files
You may download a password-protected .i100report file for long-term private access. The file is encrypted and decrypted locally in your browser and is not uploaded to INTIMACY100 when saved or reopened. You are responsible for keeping both the file and its password safe. INTIMACY100 cannot recover a forgotten password or replace a lost file.
