INTIMACY100 is an entirely digital service. No physical product is sold or shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

Digital delivery

After successful payment confirmation, access to the assessment is intended to be provided immediately in the same browser session. In unusual cases involving payment confirmation or technical delay, access may take up to 15 minutes.

If access is not delivered

If your payment succeeds but assessment access is not provided, email drhiteshshah@gmail.com with the payment date, amount and Razorpay payment or transaction ID. Do not send confidential banking credentials. We normally respond within 2 business days.
