Cancellation & Refund Policy
INTIMACY100 is a one-time digital service. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
When a refund may be provided
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment was completed but assessment access was not provided because of a verified technical failure.
- A transaction was charged but subsequently recorded as failed and was not automatically reversed by the payment provider or bank.
When a refund is normally unavailable
Because access is digital and delivered immediately, a refund is normally unavailable after the assessment has been accessed or the report has been generated, except for duplicate payment, verified technical failure, or where required by applicable law. A change of mind or dissatisfaction with an educational score is not ordinarily refundable.
How to request a refund
Email drhiteshshah@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Include the payment date, amount, Razorpay payment or transaction ID, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
Processing timeline
Eligible requests will normally be reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
